Pep Guardiola says he was happy to see Lamine Yamal renew his contract at Barcelona and thinks he’s in the best place, particularly with Hansi Flick as his manager.
Yamal has put pen to paper on a contract that runs until 2031 after a season where he’s won La Liga and the Copa del Rey for the first time.
Guardiola says he’s happy Yamal is staying at Barcelona and thinks he fully deserves his handsome pay rise.
