Barcelona midfielder Pedri was quick to hail Lamine Yamal after the teenager helped fire the Catalans to a title-winning victory over Espanyol.
Yamal broke the deadlock with a truly stunning strike that flew into the top corner and gave goalkeeper Joan Garcia no chance.
Pedri wasn’t too surprised at the effort and revealed how Yamal has been practising hard and even struck two similar goals in the warm-up ahead of kick-off.
“We’re happy with the year we’ve had. It’s a very important title,” he told Movistar.
“Lamine practices these shots a lot in training.
