Monterrey continued with their dominating season by remaining the only undefeated team and in first place with a victory over Pumas by a 3-0 score. Two days after Necaxa lost their undefeated record, Monterrey continued theirs by defeating Pumas based on a great second half after a lackluster first half from both teams. Rayados will now continue their CONCACAF Champions Cup campaign by travelling to the US to face Cincinnati FC while Pumas end their terrible road trip by returning home to face Tijuana.
