Mexico started their 2025 U15 CONCACAF Championship campaign by crushing Nicaragua by a 9-0 score. Mexico completely dominated a Nicaraguan side that never competed. Mexico could have won by more goals but a couple of good saves from Nicaragua’s goalkeeper kept the score in single digits. Mexico will now face off against El Salvador on Tuesday while Nicaragua will play against Honduras.
The first half started with Mexico coming out with their best starting 11 including Barcelona’s Robert Oliveras and Matthew Arana and Da’vian Kimbrough up top. It didn’t take long for Mexico to completely dominate as Nicaragua held on.
