Former Barcelona and Argentina coach Cesar Luis Menotti has been asked about Lionel Messi’s future and doesn’t see the captain leaving the Camp Nou.
Cadena SER shocked everyone this week with a report that Messi is pretty angry at Barca and is thinking about leaving at the end of next season when his contract expires.
Menotti is not too worried about the speculation though and expects the situation to be resolved.
“It doesn’t even cross my mind that they won’t fix it,” he said.
“Messi doesn’t think about the contract when he goes on the pitch.
