New Barcelona signing Memphis Depay has given a new interview with Diario Sport which will be published on Wednesday where he opens up a little bit on his personality.
The Netherlands international says he’s happy to be seen as a rebel and feels that having an extra edge can bring an advantage on the pitch.
Memphis also used former Barcelona striker Luis Suarez as an example of a player whose confrontational and ultra-competitive personality has helped him succeed.
“I don’t care if they say I’m a rebel. Sometimes, if you are a rebel on the pitch it can bring something extra and you win the game.
