According to reliable German outlets, Kicker and Aller-Zeitung, Manchester City have agreed a deal to sign Belgian midfielder Kevin De Bruyne from Wolfsburg.
The Premier League giants will pay a fee of €75m plus add ons for the former Chelsea star and are expected to announce the signing officially tomorrow.
Manchester City have been locked in talks with Wolfsburg for a few weeks now and it appears that both clubs have finally agreed on a fee.
