Liverpool's pursuit of goalkeeper Joe Hart could reportedly be scuppered by Italian side Torino as Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola could block the England international from moving to a Premier League rival.
City stopper Hart has been on loan at Torino during the 2016-17 season, and the Serie A outfit are now reportedly eager to make the move permanent, with Liverpool and Arsenal also both keen on signing him up, per Tuttosport (via TalkSport).
It seems highly likely that Hart's future lies away from the Etihad Stadium as Guardiola recently insisted he is "so happy" with current goalkeeping duo Willy Caballero and Claudio Bravo, per the Press Association's Andy Hampson:
