- Andrea Consigli is suspended for the hosts following the red card he picked up against Milan on the weekend, and so Gianluca Pegolo deputises in his absence. Eusebio Di Francesco has opted to roll out Davide Biondini in midfield ahead of Karim Laribi, while two new faces return to the team in attack as Antonio Floro Flores and Gregoire Defrel are dropped to the bench in favour of Nicola Sansone and Sergio Floccari.
