The international break is done and dusted, and while most teams had off there were two games on the docket, making up for missed matches from earlier in the season. The teams all came back this week, however some were missing some significant players with the U20 tournament taking place. Still, there was plenty of good soccer to be had.
Monterrey 3, Gallos Blancos de Querétaro 0 (Week 1): Monterrey with a fantastic win over a tough Querétaro team in the off-week, a make up match for the Week 1 postponement. Christina Burkenroad put Rayadas up for good in the 13th minute when Valeria Valdez played a great ball forward for Burkenroad, who got past the defense and shot past Vanessa Córdoba.
