It’s that time of the season when we can start to see which teams are most likely making the Liguilla, which are most likely not making it, and which teams are going to have to fight down the stretch. Eleven teams are the likely ones who will be fighting for spots, but every team is still mathematically alive at this point and will continue to press on.
FC Juárez 1, Cruz Azul 2: A much needed win for Cruz Azul, as they look to stay in contention for a Liguilla spot. Susana Romero put Cruz Azul up in the 40th minute with a fantastic shot from distance that hit off of the underside of the bar and went in.
