Another week in the books for Liga MX Femenil. At around the halfway point of the season, the teams are starting to separate themselves into the clubs who will likely make the Liguilla and those who won’t. For sure there were a couple of results though and nothing is settled just yet.
Cruz Azul 1, UNAM Pumas 3: In the first of the three matches televised in the United States, Pumas was able to continue their good run of form against Cruz Azul. La Maquina’s Martha Enciso got the scoring started in the fourth minute with a beautiful shot that went in off of the underside of the crossbar, but it was all Pumas after that.
