Robert Lewandowski’s agent Pini Zahavi has blasted speculation that Barcelona are willing to sell the striker this summer.
Xavi has said the club are planning talks with Lewandowski at the end of the season, while reports in Spain on Saturday claimed he could be heading for the exit door.
Zahavi has now been asked about the transfer talk and insists the veteran will still be a Barcelona player next season.
“It’s nonsense, fake news,” he told Polish outlet Meczyki. “Lewandowski is 100% staying at Barça next season.”
Lewandowski has said the same thing on several occasions when asked about his future, claiming he still has another couple of years left at the top level.
