La Liga Results 2015 Week 9: Final Scores and Updated Table After Saturday

Real Madrid seized control of first place in La Liga after winning their top-of-the-table clash with Celta Vigo, 3-1. Despite a host of injuries, Los Blancos won against 10 men in Vigo thanks to goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and full-backs Danilo and Marcelo. Madrid also received an exceptional performance from goalkeeper Keylor Navas.

Elsewhere, Sevilla dismantled Getafe. Underrated French striker Kevin Gameiro helped himself to a hat-trick in a game where the visitors were also reduced to 10 men in the second half.
