Kotoko, Hearts on appeasement mission in Ghana Special Competition

After setbacks in midweek, Ghanaian football giants Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak seek to bounce back when the Football Association Normalisation Committee Special Competition returns for match day three on Sunday.

The two sides suffered shocking defeats on Wednesday, losing 1-0 to Medeama and Elmina Sharks respectively.

In Zone A, Kotoko's quest for their second three points of the novelty league will be tested away by wounded Sekondi-based Eleven Wonders, who are still chasing their first win.

Zone leaders Ashanti Gold will hope to consolidate their top spot with three more points when they face Aduana Stars in Dormaa.
