Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman seemed happy with his team’s 3-1 victory over Girona on Saturday that made it two wins out of two so far in pre-season.
Goals from Gerard Pique, Rey Manaj and a first Barcelona strike from Memphis Depay secured the win and had the Dutchman full of praise for his new signing.
“Depay has played more minutes than expected but he is a high quality player, he has shown it at certain moments of the game and it is important because in the attacking positions you have to have competition and this is very good.
