In hopes of strenghtening the attack, KC NWSL announced today the signing of forward Jéssica Silva to a two-year agreement. Silva has spent the last two seasons with French club Olympique Lyonnais. Her arrival in Kansas City is expected in late May or early June.
Silva has played in Sweden with Linköpings FC, in Portugal with Clube de Albergaria, and in Spanish with Levante Unión Deportiva. In two seasons with Levante from 2017-2019, Silva made 41 appearances with six goals.
Following the 2018-2019 season with Levante, Silva joined Olympique Lyonnais (OL) of the French Division 1 Féminine.
