La Liga president Javier Tebas has been asked about the Ballon d’Or and thinks it should be awarded to either Lamine Yamal or Vinicius Jr.
Barcelona star Yamal is being tipped to land the prestigious prize, and Tebas has shared his opinion in a new interview at the ISDE Sports Convention
”It should be between Lamine Yamal or Vinicius,” he said.
“[Vinicius] hasn’t had a super season, but we mustn’t forget that he was very good at the beginning. Winning the Ballon d’Or is a season-long achievement, and he still has a few international matches and the Club World Cup left.
