Jack Warner turns himself in to police amidst FIFA corruption allegations

A warrant was issued for the former FIFA vice president's arrest but he has handed himself in to the authorities.

Former FIFA vice president Jack Warner has handed himself in to the authorities in Trinidad and Tobago after being accused of corruption.

A total of 14 officials have been indicted, seven of which were arrested, on Wednesday morning in police raids in Switzerland, on allegations of racketeering, fraud and money laundering.

Warner was one of the 14 named in the indictments by the United States Department of Justice, but protested his innocence just hours later.
