Promising Barcelona striker Hugo Alba is set to leave the club this summer and looks set to sign for OFK Belgrade.
The 19-year-old bagged 28 goals last season for the U19s, and was part of the UEFA Youth League winning side, but is moving on due to a lack of opportunities.
Alba spoke about his decision and says he feels he deserved to have been given a first-team chance by Hansi Flick.
“I haven’t felt as valued as I think I deserved. I’ll never have a bad word to say about Barça, but I would have liked to participate in a first-team training session because I think I personally earned the opportunity, and it didn’t come my way,” he said, as reported by Mundo Deportivo.
