The Southern Tigers announce the surprise departure of head coach Mario Gomez, just two days before the 2017 kicks off.
Just two days before the 2017 Malaysian football season kicks off with the Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Cup match between Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) and Kedah, JDT shockingly announced that they have parted ways with head coach Mario Gomez.
The club's social media quoted club president Tunku Tun Aminah Sultan Ibrahim as saying; "This decision was derived for the betterment of the club as the philosophy and the direction of the club is paramount to anything else.
