Goalkeeper Allows Awful Own Goal in J-League

In the goalkeeper's defence, the back-pass sent in his direction really wasn't ideal.

Other than that, there wasn't much of an excuse for this.

Kazushige Kirihata allowed an awful own goal for Kashiwa Reysol against Shonan Bellmare.

While his leaping ability leaves much to be desired, maybe he should have used his hands and avoided a sure goal while potentially conceding a free-kick.

On the bright side, he wasn't solely to blame, as Kashiwa Reysol lost the J-League match 3-0.
