'Ghanaians went to his mother's house and harassed her' - Aidoo on Gyan's World Cup penalty miss

The 34-year old forward's failure to convert the spot-kick that would have made history for Africa is still a sore point in the country

Popular pallbearer and internet sensation Benjamin Aidoo has asserted that Ghanaians have not forgiven Asamoah Gyan for his penalty miss in the 2010 World Cup quarter-final tie with Uruguay, claiming fans went to harass his mother afterwards.

The Black Stars were on the brink of becoming the first African country to reach to semi-finals of the World Cup after Luis Suarez used his hand to stop the ball from going into the net in extra time and was subsequently red-carded.
