Germany, Poland seal Euro 2016 places

Albania made history by defeating Armenia 3-0 on Sunday to secure qualification for Euro 2016 and earn themselves a place at their first ever major international tournament.

Albania came into the match knowing that three points would guarantee them a second-placed finish behind Portugal in Group I and that is exactly what they managed to take home with them.

Armenia's Kamo Hovhannisyan converted into his own net inside the first 10 minutes to put the visitors in front and Berat Djimsiti doubled their lead shortly afterwards, before Armando Sadiku made sure of things in the second half.
