Former Orlando Pirates keeper Khuzwayo was afraid he may have to amputate his leg

Retired Buccaneers’ keeper has revealed how the chairman pushed him not to consider early retirement owing to a long-term injury

Former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Brilliant Khuzwayo has revealed he is busy focusing on setting up a foundation while he is waiting for offers.

Although the former netminder received his medical report in November that forced him to retire from football, he has stated Pirates' chairman Irvin Khoza was confident he will recover from an ankle injury.

On the other hand, the 29-year-old has explained his future plans, adding that accepting his situation will inspire many people including his children.
