Five Americans make Women's World Cup All-Star team

Five Americans were named to the 23-player World Cup All-Star team announced Monday, with goalkeeper Hope Solo, defenders Meghan Klingenberg and Julie Johnston, and midfielders Megan Rapinoe and Carli Lloyd making the cut.
