FC Barcelona are very close to signing a new full-back.
The Catalan giants have had very good progress in their negotiations with Ukranian powerhouse Shakhtar Donetsk over the last week and are very close to agreeing a deal for the transfer of full-back Darijo Srna, sources told Barça Blaugranes. The two clubs had major differences in transfer fee, but the deal will be done for €4 million, sources say.
Srna has six months left in his contract and could sign with any club for free in the summer, but he wants to play for Barça in the Champions League and expressed that desire since the beginning of this season.
