Malcom’s future at Barcelona continues to make lots of headlines, and the latest rumor claims Everton are set to offer €35 million for the Brazilian.
According to RMC Sport, the Premier League side are set to make Barcelona a healthy offer “in the coming hours” as manager Marco Silva has made him his “top priority.”
The report also mentions interest from Arsenal and says the club have been in touch with the player’s entourage but are yet to make a bid.
