Diego Lainez and Roberto Alvarez reportedly on senior Mexico National Team radar

With Marcelo Bielsa looking like a distant option to replace Juan Carlos Osorio as Mexico National team coach, it is looking more and more likely that Ricardo “Tuca” Ferretti will take charge of El Tri on an interim basis for a second time in his career.

With the friendlies against Uruguay and the United States Men’s National Team fast approaching and players like Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez and Miguel Layun reportedly not interested in taking part of the call-up, the Mexican Federation is allegedly keen in calling up a squad full of younger players, including Diego Lainez, Roberto Alvarez, Jesus Angulo, and Jonathan Gonzalez.
