Max Touloute shined as the Comets take the win in the Sidekicks home opener for the second straight year.
For the second year in a row, the Missouri Comets were the home opener for the Dallas Sidekicks. While the result was not as lopsided as last year, the Comets did spoil the night for the home team once again. Comets Max Touloute led the way with four goals on the night on the way to the 8-6 final.
In many ways, it appeared to be similar to the Comets first match of the season. An initial lead by the opponent, a back-and-forth battle with a eventual run by the Comets to finally win it.
