Chelsea have reportedly put negotiations with Thibaut Courtois over a new deal "on hold," as the Belgian is seeking "at least double" his £90,000-per-week wages.
According to the Daily Mail's Kieran Gill, the goalkeeper has two years remaining on his contract but wants to earn closer to Chelsea team-mate Eden Hazard and Manchester United counterpart David De Gea, who take home £200,000 per week.
Despite the talks stalling, Courtois will return to the club for pre-season in July, and the Blues are hoping to have his future secured before the season starts again in August.
