The former Juventus manager will take charge of the Blues at the end of the season. His contract with the Italian national team ends after the Euros and he has agreed on a 3-year-deal at Stamford Bridge.
A statement on the Chelsea official website read: “Chelsea Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Antonio Conte as First Team Head Coach.
