Pau Cubarsi has revealed his happiness after signing a new long-term contract with Barcelona.
The 17-year-old has put pen to paper on a new deal that runs until 2027 and includes a buyout clause set at €500 million.
The move secures the teenager’s long-term future after a stellar breakout season and he couldn’t be happier at the news.
“Thank you very much, first of all I am very happy because it has been a dream since childhood to extend my contract with Futbol Club Barcelona. It’s the best thing that could happen to me and I’m very happy about it,” he said.
