He's a born and bred Dutchman, but less than six months with the Socceroos has seen Bert van Marwijk admit to feeling 'a little bit' Australian.
In what could be van Marwijk's final game in charge of the green and gold, the Socceroos face Peru knowing a win and a Denmark defeat to France should see them secure a place in the round of 16.
Van Marwijk was appointed on a short-term basis after Ange Postecoglou resigned and he's clearly enjoyed his time in charge of Australia.
"I feel already, a little bit, as an Australian," van Marwijk said.
