Barcelona forward Marc Guiu was on target again at the Under-17 World Cup to send Spain into the quarter-finals of the competition.

Spain beat Japan 2-1 in their final group fixture with Barcelona team-mate Quim Junyent also finding the back of the net in the game.

Indeed it was Junyent who opened the scoring for La Rojita after just eight minutes of the match before Japan equalised five minutes before half-time.

However, Junyent then turned provider in the second half, slipping a ball through to Guiu to run through on goal.

Guiu made no mistake with the finish, slipping the ball past the goalkeeper to win the game and secure a quarter-final spot, while Junyent finished the game with the man of the match award.
