Barcelona's Copa del Rey final to be last game played at Vicente Calderon

The Catalans will host Alaves on May 27 as the curtain comes down on 50 years at Atletico Madrid's home stadium ahead of their move for 2017-18

This season's Copa del Rey final will be played at Atletico Madrid's Estadio Vicente Calderon, making it the last competitive match to be hosted at the stadium.

Barcelona beat Atletico over two legs in the semi-finals to earn a berth in the end-of-season showpiece and will take on Deportivo Alaves, who saw off Celta Vigo.

Atleti will now host the match as a result, with Real Madrid refusing to make the Santiago Bernabeu available for their rivals due to planned construction work.
