Barcelona suffer another setback in bid to register Dani Olmo

Barcelona have suffered a fresh bid in their bid to re-register Dani Olmo and Pau Victor which would allow the forwards to play for the rest of the season.

A Spanish commercial court has already rejected Barca’s initial appeal for a “precautionary measure” that would allow Olmo to be registered.

However, the club have now failed at a second hearing on Monday, meaning the club must find an alternative method to resolve the issue.

It’s thought that Barcelona will now activate another financial lever, namely selling off VIP boxes at the Camp Nou to bring in income of around €100 million.
