Barcelona presidential candidate says he’s held talks with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp

Barcelona presidential candidate Jordi Farre claims to have spoken to Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp about the possibility of coming to the Camp Nou to coach the team.

The Catalan giants have just sacked Quique Setien and brought in Ronald Koeman, on a two-year deal, and Farre says he is hopeful the Dutchman will work out.

However, if Koeman doesn’t turn out to be the right man for the job then it seems Farre already knows who he wants in the Camp Nou hotseat.

“If Koeman works and does well, he would be, of course [Farre’s choice to be manager].
