The 19-year-old wonderkid has been rumored with a move to the Premier League to join Chelsea, but the Blues signed Pedro instead and closed talks.
According to Catalan radio Cadena SER, Barça sounded out the Ligue 1 side to get information on the player, as well as the asking price. Monaco reportedly asked for a €20 million fee, which looked fine to the Catalan club officials, sources say.
