Barcelona appear to be close to securing a new contract for Hansi Flick that will keep him at the club until 2027.
The German coach’s current deal expires in 2026 but Barca want him to continue after a stellar first season in Catalunya.
Flick has said he’s happy at the club and wants to stay, although he’s not a fan of long-term contracts.
According to Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, talks between the two parties are “very well advanced” over a deal that will ensure he stays at the club for two more years.
