Barcelona have a four-man shortlist to replace Xavi - report

FC Barcelona have drawn up a four-man shortlist to replace Xavi as manager, should the latter leave or be sacked, according to the latest rumors.

While Barcelona have not had a great season so far, they are alive in all competitions, and it’s understood that club president Joan Laporta still backs Xavi to continue.

Still, the blaugrana are starting to look at other options if something changes.

Michel Sánchez, Imanol Alguacil, Thiago Motta, and Rafael Márquez are the four men said to be on the list.

Michel, who manages Girona FC, has drawn plaudits for taking a minnow to the top of La Liga, and of course, their victory over Barcelona drew comparisons to the job being done by Xavi.
