Barcelona are reportedly set to invite Cesc Fabregas and his Como side to be their opposition in the Joan Gamper Trophy game.
According to Diario Sport, Barca have made their choice for the match which serves as the team’s traditional curtain raiser before the start of a new season.
Fabregas has enjoyed a good season at Como after the team’s promotion to the Italian top flight season. Como did flirt with relegation earlier in the campaign but ended up finishing 10th.

The date has not yet been confirmed but it’s looking like it will take place on August 10 at the Camp Nou.
