Arsenal full-back Mathieu Debuchy will reportedly try and force his exit from the north London club during the January transfer window. The Frenchman has barely featured for the Gunners in the last two seasons and was even said to have been a target for Arsenal's Premier League rivals Manchester United last season.
Now the former Lille and Newcastle United man is ready to quit the club he signed for in 2014. The London Evening Standard's James Olley has detailed how Debuchy is feeling out of favour under manager Arsene Wenger: "The 31-year-old is believed to be frustrated by a lack of first-team football at Emirates Stadium and has become further disillusioned after being overlooked in favour of Carl Jenkinson to replace the injured Hector Bellerin at right-back.
