The French international defender is a target for the Turkish outfit Galatasaray and Arsenal have now agreed a deal with them for the right back.
It remains to be seen whether Debuchy will accept a move to Turkey now.
The experienced defender has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal ever since the development of Bellerin and is unlikely to get any first team chances unless the Spaniard picks up an injury.
Debuchy has made just 12 Premier League appearances over the last two seasons and has three years left on his contract at Arsenal.
