Barcelona defender Alejandro Balde missed training on Saturday ahead of the team’s next game in the Copa del Rey.
Balde missed the session due to illness, meaning he’s a doubt for tomorrow’s clash against Barbastro, according to Cope’s Victor Navarro.
Xavi will also be without Joao Cancelo and Marcos Alonso for the match, due to injury, leaving him short of left-back options.
It will be interesting to see how Xavi lines up his defense if Balde is ruled out, although he is expected to have Inigo Martinez available again after injury.
