Pumas won their third straight game and ended a 14-year streak of not winning at the Estadio Jalisco when they defeated Atlas 3-0. Pumas didn’t get the start they wanted when they conceded an early penalty that Atlas missed. The Rojinegros would then go on a space of a few minutes where they would crumble, going down a goal and a man. From the red card foul, Pumas would take the 2-0 lead and dominate the rest of the game until they eventually finished with a 3-0 victory.
After a great start to the season, Pumas fans were hopeful coming into today’s game.
