Five Iranian women disguised themselves as men so they could watch their favourite team lift the league title.
As reported by the Daily Sabah (h/t Thomas Bristow of the Daily Mirror), the quintet donned fake facial hair and wigs to gain entry into the match between Persepolis, who they were supporting, and Sepidrood Rasht.
Per Bristow, it is prohibited for women to attend matches in Iran, and they can face arrest if they are discovered.
