How do you evaluate quarterback Bryant Shirreffs' play this year?
Anthony: Good enough. Shirreffs took over in the third quarter of the opener and led the Huskies to three late touchdown drives and a 27-20 victory over Holy Cross. He committed two early red zone turnovers the following week at Virginia, the type of mistakes he's made too often in his two-plus years as starter, but that's really been his only markedly bad stretch.
