If you've been following the Chad Morris rumors the last couple of days, it's understandable if you're feeling a little dizzy.
First, there was the report Tuesday night from FootballScoop.com that Tennessee was turning its coaching search to the third-year SMU head coach and that he would interview with the Volunteers on Wednesday.
Sports Illustrated's Bruce Feldman quickly stepped in to say that, while Morris was a candidate for the job, he was not going to interview on Wednesday. In fact, Morris was fourth on Feldman's list of reported candidates. Instead, the top targets for Tennessee were Purdue's Jeff Brohm, North Carolina State's Dave Doeren and USC offensive coordinator Tee Martin, who was the quarterback on Tennessee's last national championship team.
