UNIVERSITY PARK -- SMU's offense is off to an historic start.
The Mustangs scored 112 points in their 2-0 start, the most in program history through two games. Receiver Courtland Sutton grabbed four touchdown receptions against North Texas, tying the school record for most in a game.
SMU is one of nine FBS teams that averaged more than 300 yards passing and 170 yards rushing to start the year.
UNT and Stephen F. Austin, though, were quizzes. Now comes the exam.
SMU will face its toughest challenge of the season Saturday against No. 20 TCU.
